You can choose between the uniqueness of a massage under the waterfall of the thermal pool - with the water temperature ranging between 37 and 39 degrees - a whirlpool bath or a complete itinerary that begins with the Roman Sauna and ends with a refreshing bath at about 32 degrees to reactivate your circulation.
The Roman sauna - which has always been dedicated to purifying the body, relaxing the muscles and reviving the spirit - is an ancient practice: soaking in the thermal water inside it is a unique experience that allows you to relieve tension and stress.
In the sauna, the temperature is about 40 degrees with a humidity of 50%.
