Our excursion will start from the beautiful village of Panzano in Chianti. We will immerse ourselves in the authentic colors and scents of Chianti region, walking along "white roads" (unpaved roads) bordering vineyards. We will also hike through woods of chestnut, oak, holm oak, cherry and wild fig trees, as well as a wide range of wild flowers and plants.
At the end of the excursion, after admiring the nature surrounding this historic village, the cooking class will begin led by our chef Marina and her amazing team. She will teach us how to prepare traditional tuscan dishes. We will get to work with homemade pasta to prepare tagliatelle and stuffed ravioli paired with meat and vegetable sauces.
What we will cook will also be our lunch to which we will combine the local wine: Chianti Classico.
