Once you cross the large gate of the farm and walk along the cool driveway surrounded by vineyards, you will meet Carlo and Francesca, the owners. Together with them, after a brief introduction on the history of the company founded more than 100 years ago, you will enter the cellar, where barrels and bottles hold red and white wines from different vintages.
As soon as you enter the door, the scent of resting wine will immerse you in the fascinating world of viticulture, composed of tradition and passion for nature and quality.
An exhaustive explanation of your surroundings will help you discover all the secrets that lie behind a simple bottle of wine: from the grape to your glass.
You will then have the opportunity to ask your questions to which Carlo and Francesca will be happy to answer before taking you to the vineyard, where, following the rows, you will reach the refreshment area (in case of bad weather the tasting will be held under the large canopy adjacent to the vineyard).
Sitting comfortably in the cool, all you have to do is enjoy two red wines and one white accompanied by many delicious km0 dishes on offer. Cold cuts, croutons, cheeses and vegetables from the garden will fill the table to best accompany the three wines. Everything will be served in ecological and recyclable dishes to make the tasting totally eco-sustainable.
Once the tasting is finished, you can follow an illustrated itinerary along the entire vineyard which, with special signs, will make you discover the main cultivation and harvesting techniques and many other curious anecdotes about the harvest.

In case of bad weather, it will be necessary to change the date of the activity. If the customer is unable to change the date, a refund will be made equal to 50% of the amount paid as a deposit (for the costs of opening the file). If the customer does not show up and does not cancel within 24 hours prior to the activity, he will not be refunded. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel the reservation, a refund of 50% of the amount paid as a deposit (for the opening costs) will be provided if this occurs within 24 hours of the booked event.
